Roots of Empathy
15th Jun 2026
Today marked the final visit of Baby Ellie to our Third Class as part of the wonderful Roots of Empathy programme that the boys have enjoyed throughout the year.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to Lisa and Ellie for their commitment and participation in the programme. We are also very grateful to Mrs Butler for facilitating the programme in our classroom and helping to make it such a valuable experience for the boys.
To celebrate the occasion, we held a special party today, which was made even more memorable as it coincided with Ellie’s first birthday, which she will celebrate on Thursday. It was particularly special to see Ellie taking steps and walking during her visit – a wonderful milestone made!
The boys have benefited enormously from the programme and thoroughly enjoyed following Ellie’s growth and development throughout the year. As a token of our appreciation, gifts were presented to both Ellie and Lisa to thank them for their participation in the programme.
