First Class visit ‘An Bothán Scoir’ 🏡

As part of Local History Week, the First Class boys enjoyed a special visit to An Bothán Scoir - a charming, thatched, cottage more than 385 years old!

This trip was a great success and the First Class boys learned several interesting facts. Some were astonished that the house consisted of only one room and a bucket was used as a toilet 🚽 

Upon returning to school, the boys wrote lovely reports detailing their findings on this unique historical house.
