Enjoying Our Local Heritage

Second class, Mrs Kelly and Ms O’Farrell set off this week to visit the wonderful Rock of Cashel as part of Local Heritage Month in school. 

We had the most perfect weather for our visit and were made feel very welcome by our guide Ashlinn. 

The boys shared their knowledge of the Rock and the legends surrounding it as well as taking away some new information about the round tower and Cormac’s Chapel.
