Concern Primary Debates
The Concern Primary Debates is a fun and educational programme aimed at senior primary students. The debates are run in conjunction with Education Support Centres across Ireland and take place both online and in person. Mr Coskeran and 6th class pupils Assan, Joseph, and Logan, along with timekeeper Keenan, were the first team to represent our school in this competition. The motion was “That social media should be banned,” and our boys opposed the motion. They competed against a team from Waterford and were victorious, securing their place in the second round of the competition. Huge thanks to Mr. Coskeran for preparing the boys so well.
